The threat to the world

Two passages in the Gospel According to Matthew are of interest.

Matthew 24:35

35Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.

Matthew 28:19-20

19Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in[a] the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."

Footnotes:

Matthew 28:19 Or into; see Acts 8:16; 19:5; Romans 6:3; 1 Cor. 1:13; 10:2 and Gal. 3:27.

Now if we were to start talking about an organization that advocated the eventual passing away, or demise, of both Israel and the United States of America - an organization that commanded its followers to recruit obedient followers throughout the world - what would the international outcry be?

It depends upon how effective people believe said organization would be. Hizb ut-Tahrir advocates the return of the Calphiate and an institution of sharia, and is therefore banned in Germany and in most of the countries in the Middle East. Meanwhile, many countries have not bothered to ban Christianity, which as practiced presents no threat to the status quo.

We need to be more effective.
